The application efficiently identifies defaulters, calculates penalties according to the defined KPI’s, and provides real-time monitoring of assigned, completed, pending, and default work items. With monthly progress tracking and avoidance of work duplicity, it ensures efficient maintenance operations. The ability to track real work locations through Google Maps and supervise daily work through a mobile app further enhances its utility.
