The Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation (NMMC) has awarded a comprehensive five-year contract for Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) operation and maintenance in the Navi Mumbai area. To ensure effective oversight of this work, NMMC has established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor the daily progress of STP maintenance. These KPIs cover various aspects, including sewerage quality, energy consumption, machinery operation, machinery checklists, housekeeping, and preventative and breakdown maintenance, all aspects are tracked in real-time and by location. Currently, contractors manually submit monthly progress reports at both the ward and head office levels for payment disbursement.
